New/Established Patient Visit: 2nd and subsequent siblings (siblings seen on same date and time): $160
Virtual Visit / Phone Consult: $25 per every 5 minutes

Covid-19 Testing (for patients without symptoms): $100
Sports/Camp Physical: $100

Labs Performed In Your Home:

Flu Test: $35
Strep Test (rapid): $10
Glucose Check: $10
Urine Dip: $5

Send Out Labs are all billed through insurance. Some examples are:

Blood Work (Mono, Complete Blood Count, Electrolytes, and others)
Strep Test Confirmation (only sent if the in-home test is negative)
Swab Panel Tests (respiratory panel, flu, GI illness etc)

Testing for Covid 19 (SARS-Cov-2) by PCR
